Although I’m not from the USA, I really wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving …because regardless of one’s nationality I honestly think that it is wonderful to thank people for doing nice things for us.And we should do it more often!

Grabbing the chance…I would really like to thank all these amazing people who are hosting all these challenges for us and provide us with tons of inspiration and useful tips about creating crafty things! I have learned loads from all these posts and videos and I am very thankful for that! So if you read that ladies…thank you loads and keep up the good work! You are amazing!

Jolly Snowman!

Hello eveyone!

It’s been a while cause I’ve been busy with work and real life stuff…but I’m back! And I have to admit I really enjoyed making this little card! Hope you like it as much as I do!

Jolly snowman!

To make this card,I used premium thick white craft card which I embossed to get the background texture. I stamped (archival ink), colored and fussy cut the snowman which I then stuck on the background with double sided tape to create an additional layer to my card. Then I die cut the snow bank, stamped (distress ink) and heat embossed the sentiment. I used double sided tape again to add it to my panel, creating a 3rd layer. I finished off the card by adding highlights here and there using a white gel pen and several glitter pens πŸ™‚

Below, as always, there is a list of the challenges I entered with my little card. If you have the time, I would recommend you pay these blogs a visit. There are loads of wonderful ideas to get inspired of! And some giveaways as well!

Thinking of you,Dad!

Hello everyone,

Hope you all have a nice day! For me these days are a bit emotional cause tomorrow it would have been my dad’s name day (which,in Greece where I come from, is almost as big a celebration as someone’s birthday )…but it’s the first year that I can’t send him my wishes as he is no longer around us. He is always in my heart and in my thoughts though…so I’ve decided to make this journal page for him.

Hope you like it! (unfortunatelly the camera couldn’t pick the colors very well …but they do look really nice in real!)

Armistice Day!

Hello everyone!

Here I am again! This time with a little multi-layered tag in the memory of the armed forces that have died in the line of duty!In my country we don’t have this celebration as such, we have similar ones though on the 28th October and the 25th March. I didn’t incorporate poppies or flags as I wanted it to be meaningful to me as well. But I did keep the colors kind of dark to suit the occasion.
