Hello lovely souls!
It has finally started to feel like spring here and the sun really makes my mood 🙂 Hope you are all doing fine and you are ready to join us for another challenge at the Crafty Girls Corner! This week’s theme is again “Anything goes” and we are honored to be sponsored by:
Are you interested in digital sentiments, papers and other embellishments? How about a badge made especially for your blog? If these are items you are interested in, you are going to want to check out Décosse’s Dynamite Doodles. My name is Lisa and with over 200+ posts of freebies to choose from, and new ones added often, I just might have what you are looking for. Along with the freebies I offer, I also create blog badges, watermarks and digital Scrapbooking Kits. I also sponsor a number of challenge blogs throughout the year and it is my absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to sponsor the Crafty Gals Corner Challenge Blog!
If you have the time, I’d love for you to pop by and visit me. There is always inspiration to be found among my many different features. Come and take a look–I hope you have a blast!
For this challenge I used Sleepy Love Bug by Kitty Bee Designs! I think it is adorable!Simply perfect for newborn cards! Inspired by the season I decided to go with green – instead of the classic pink or blue options!I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens to color the image. Then I used Distress inks (honestly I love this medium…sooo versatile!) with Tim Holtz- Splatters Layering Stencil and Indigoblu -Script A6 stamp to create the background. For the sentiment,I used MFT-Essential speech bubble die and MFT-Essential Sentiments stampset together with Versafine Onyx Black ink.
With my card I decided enter the following challenges!
- Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge : #137 Anything goes option Easter
- Crafting from the Heart: #200 Anything goes
- Simon Says Work It Wednesday: March Challenge -Inking Technique
- Lemon Shortbread:#64 Anything goes
